These insulated plastic containers are the most popular & frequently used in the food processing (fish, shrimp & meat) sectors for storage & keeping fresh during preparation. The pallet designed at bottom can be moved by a standard hand pallet jack and forklift truck from all four sides. 1000 L& 1700 L are suitable for storage of large fish, i.e. Tuna.

 

These sizes ROTA insulated boxes, insulated fish bin, rotomold insulated plastic container, which common uses are on board & inland transportation for fresh fish on ice, at docks for pickling and in the processing industry for storage of chilled foods. High-insulated foam that helps keep product cold up to 5 - 7 days when properly iced.

1) The product has the wall thickness of 40mm, and features high strength, good tenacity and long service life;

2) The product is integrally molded, and has good sealing performance and strong insulation performance;

3) A foaming technology is applied, and a thermal insulating material is filled in the middle of the box wall, so the product has an extremely good insulation effect;

4) Due to the adoption of high-quality food-grade PE materials, the product is non-toxic, harmless and odorless, resists to UV rays, and is difficult to fade;

5) The box cover can be separated, facilitating in placement of articles.
